Create dedicated space inside your warehouse
A warehouse office gives your team a practical, enclosed workspace without the disruption and cost of a traditional construction project. For busy warehouses, factories, fulfilment centres and industrial units, it can be a simple way to create a site office, management room, quality control space, meeting area or staff workspace within the building you already have. Instead of moving premises or committing to a permanent build, Create A Cabin supplies bespoke warehouse offices that are designed around your existing layout and delivered as a prefabricated flat-pack kit.
Every warehouse office is made to suit the space available. Customers can provide a sketch or outline of the area they want to use, then Create A Cabin can develop a made-to-measure design based on the required footprint, access points, internal layout and door or window positions. The system uses insulated panels for the walls and ceiling, with 60mm and 100mm panel options available depending on the required performance. The 60mm panels have a stated U-value of 0.344 W/m²K, while the 100mm panels have a stated U-value of 0.21 W/m²K, helping to create a comfortable and thermally efficient working environment inside larger warehouse spaces.
The modular structure is self-supporting up to a six-metre span and can be installed on a suitable flat concrete or plywood base. Kits can include made-to-measure wall panels, pre-cut openings, ceilings, internal and external doors, windows, construction components and clear assembly instructions. Create A Cabin can also provide optional construction support, including an experienced technician, if your team would like help during installation. Once the office is assembled, local contractors can add flooring, electrics, plumbing or other fit-out elements as required. This gives businesses a flexible way to expand usable space while keeping the main warehouse operation moving.
