A modular cabin gives your business a practical way to create new working space without moving premises or committing to a permanent construction project. Create A Cabin supplies bespoke prefabricated cabins for commercial, industrial, agricultural and food production settings, with each design shaped around the way the space needs to be used. Cabins can be created for internal use within an existing building or supplied as external structures, depending on your site and project requirements.
Each cabin is made to measure, allowing you to define the footprint, layout, access points, windows, doors and internal working areas before manufacture begins. The system uses insulated wall and ceiling panels, with 60mm and 100mm options available depending on the required specification. The 60mm panels have a stated U-value of 0.344 W/m²K, while the 100mm panels have a stated U-value of 0.21 W/m²K, helping to create a comfortable and efficient space for everyday business use.
The modular structure is self-supporting up to a six-metre span and can be installed on a suitable flat concrete or plywood base. Kits can include made-to-measure panels, pre-cut openings, doors, windows, ceilings, construction components and clear assembly instructions. Create A Cabin can also provide optional technician support during installation, while local contractors can complete flooring, electrics, plumbing or specialist fit-out work after assembly.
