Create A Cabin supplies bespoke prefabricated units for food producers, farms, dairies, drinks businesses and commercial kitchens that need practical space designed around real working processes. Each unit can be created inside an existing building or as an external structure, depending on your site, available space and production requirements.
The system uses insulated wall and ceiling panels that are suitable for food production environments. Create A Cabin offers 60mm and 100mm panel options, with stated U-values of 0.344 W/m²K for 60mm panels and 0.21 W/m²K for 100mm panels. The panels are food grade compliant, vermin resistant, water resistant and rust resistant, helping to support hygiene, durability and everyday cleaning requirements in busy production settings where surfaces need to perform reliably.
Each food production unit is made to measure, with pre-cut openings for doors and windows, clear assembly instructions and the construction components needed for installation. The modular structure is self-supporting up to a six-metre span and can be built on a suitable flat concrete or plywood base. Create A Cabin can also provide optional technician support during assembly, while local contractors can complete flooring, power, plumbing, drainage or specialist fit-out requirements after installation. This gives producers a flexible way to add usable space without losing control of the final working environment.
